      Discuss films in the 2024 virtual festival here! The Rules: Please be respectful of other perspectives on, and experiences surrounding, mental health when engaging in discussion. I think our audiences should be aware that there may be triggering content in both the films and the discussions. You may wish to read the description of the film before viewing it or contributing to discussions. Mental Filmness straddles a line between entertainment and education. Our goal is to highlight films that portray mental health in a realistic and empathetic way, and those can come in a variety of flavors. We aim to show different perspectives of mental health from diverse viewpoints. We do not endorse any one viewpoint or hold ourselves out as offering medical advice or help. Many of these films provide resources at the end, and we recommend that you seek out resources in your region if needed. Never be afraid to ask for help.
